You truly need to take care of yourself you need to take good care of yourself I mean women forget that they matter too.
Why do you take care of everyone except yourself? This is a question that often baffles me.
You are thinking of your spouse, thinking of your kids,thinking of your in-laws, thinking of your friends, thinking of everything except you.

I will be sharing few tips that can help you take care of you. It’s okay if they don’t apply to you or if they don’t all apply to you, but, I mean you can take one, two, three all of them and apply it where necessary. it has helped me and I hope it helps you too.
The question I want to ask you today is why? why do you do that? You need to pause and think for a moment, what about you the Giver, the carer, the nurturer.Who takes care of you? If you don’t take care of yourself, nobody will.

The first thing I would like to let you know is this, YOU NEDD TO PAUSE. You can’t get everything done at the same time. I know women are fixers, we are doers. We like to sort out everything, but sometimes that alone in itself is is overwhelming. So, you need to pause. what you can fix, fix it, what you cannot fix at the moment,Let It Be.
You definitely can visit it again, you can come back to it another time, you can ask for help, where necessary, but do not overwork your mind, overthink it, that oh! it’s not working;I think there is something wrong with me.
women sometimes get to the point where we think we are the reason that things are not working. Just take a Pause and allow things be. If it works or it doesn’t, you should be fine, you need to be fine. I started doing it and trust me, it works perfectly.

Another thing that I think will help is to declutter. Take some time out to declutter. Check the things that you need to take out from your mind, from your space, from everything that you know that you constantly see; sometimes, you need to declutter your wardrobe. You can declutter anything.
And sometimes, you need to declutter the people in your life. What is not working,just take it away. Decluttering is very good. When I started applying this principle, I saw a lot of progress in my life. Truly, take a moment today, take a moment to do this this week. Take a moment and declutter.

There is no way I will be talking about how to navigate and how to help yourself without talking about prayers, no way!!! You definitely need to pray about everything. How your feel,what is right, what is not, you need to pray. I mean you are nothing without God. Even as women who know we can fix things; depend solely on God and when you feel over wellmed or you feel a certain way, because you know yourself better than any other person, take a moment and speak to God about how you feel, take a moment and talk to God about your true feelings and trust me there is never a time you go to God with such heavy thoughts in mind, that He doesn’t show up. He will definitely give you peace to calm your troubled heart. So, don’t you want to go to God today? I think you should, I mean it will help you.
Go to God, pray about that feeling of being overwhelmed, feeling left out and feeling alone deprived, talk to God about it. When you don’t understand something, the nearest person and the first person to talk to his God, He understands and He cares.

Another thing women need to do is to take care of their health. Let me ask you a question today, when last did you check your high blood pressure? I mean I didn’t know the importance of this until it was time to do it. I’ve never had issues with high blood pressure, this is to the glory of God…. but,there are women who don’t know that it is important to do this routine checks.
There are checkups you need to randomly do as a woman, you need to check yourself sometimes. You may be looking very good, doing everything, going about your activities perfectly;but there is something wrong in your health that you are not aware of. You need to go for a routine check. There are checkups that women ought to do.
Let’s talk about high blood pressure. You need to check your high blood pressure, you need to check sugar level, there are other things, but take a moment and think about your health, think about your health for a moment and pay attention to your health, because, if anything happens to you, everything that you think about will pause and at some point they will move on, so you need to take a moment and take care of you this week and always.

I would also tell you this,personally I don’t joke with my supplements. When I’m talking about health anywhere,I talk about supplements,because the moment I got to know the importance of supplements, I have not stopped taking them.
I mean, The three you can see right there are the ones I am currently taking and there are reasons why I’m taking them. So, you need to check for yourself to see what you’re lacking and then take a decision. Do not just leave yourself to chance,take supplements, eat good food, take water,stay hydrated. women take water, you tell your children to take water do you take water? You need to take water,do all that for yourself. You want to get some supplement for yourself today, even if it’s just one, get something for yourself,please, take good care of yourself because YOU MATTER!

Have fun! have fun! have fun! have fun!have fun! have fun! and have fun the way you call fun. please, if fun is being in the house dancing to a cool jam, taking shawarma, anything at all,please go ahead and have your fun.
If you have an opportunity to have sit out with people, please do. that it is very important that you so she lies I mean, You’re a social being, you can just live in isolation. Have fun, anything tha defines fun for you please by all means, enjoy! Please, woman, you need to take out a moment and don’t be too busy and have more fun it is very important.

Avoid negative vibes, avoid negative people, avoid negative scenarios, avoid anything that has negative in it, avoid negative relationships and associations or communications. You see those negative things,they have a way of a rubbing off on you and stealing your joy. I tell you this from a place of knowing; you need to avoid anything negative.
If someone is negative or has a negative influence on you, or anytime you talk to the person you feel drained, avoid them. You need to be positive, you need to be around positive people. There’s something it does for you. Do not allow anyone to just come around you. Please, avoid anything negative.

There are things that you can do for another person. Think about what you can do for someone today, think about what you can give, how you can be a blessing, how you can reach out to someone in need, You may be thinking that you don’t have anything, or you are looking at the big things, oh, I don’t have the millions, I don’t have the thousands, But, it could just be a call, it could be a word of encouragement, whatsoever you can give, give it to someone today, give it to someone this week. When you do anything good for someone, it indirectly happens for you, and there’s something it does for you when the person you gave to, gets back to you, that you made them smile…. You gave them hope…. You need to try that this week.
